Tenniix Pro

I love it, i got the basic. But then it is so useful, I play anytime i’m free and don’t have time to wait on friends to be free to play with. Lol this is such a great product! I’m gonna save up to get the upgrade to pro soon!

This R2-D2 is amazing, light and versatile compared with my other tennis launcher. Looking forward to upgrade to a moving robot opponent without a tennis racket.

A very powerful ball machine for its size and weight. I carry my machine in the basket of my bike to the courts—it’s that small! Love the variety of ball launches, too. The battery for the machine lasts longer than I expected. The only negative on the battery is that it can get very difficult to extract from the chine for charging. Mine is so tight that I have to use a pry bar to get it loose. The finger grips to pull on it are too small. It seems like the battery is too tight of a fit, which makes it difficult to pull out.

The armband I got with it is useless to me. The battery drains very quickly and I struggle to recall the very specific commands required to utilize it. I wish it was better. Instead I have to keep my phone nearby to start and stop and initiate changes. And stopping on the phone is a two-step process.

Great machine, just wish it was easier to get the battery out. Very easy to carry with the strap. Doesn't take up much space in the trunk. You can load, you basket of balls and machine. Holds just around 100 balls, but you can create an extension if you need more. Love my new buddy.

At first am quite skeptical about the product and the brand. Done my research - i think no other product, offers the feature that tenniix was offering. Took a leap of faith and ordered the product, customer support was super helpful on managing expectation about preparation before shipping which could take 2-4 weeks and another shipping. But, all doubts was cleared after the product suddenly sitting on my doorstep only 2 weeks later. Already unbox it, loving the build quality and can’t wait to use it.

I received my Tenniix ball machine today. Ordered on 12/8. It looks great and I’m changing the battery as I write this. Unfortunately I live in Bellmore New York on Long Island and there’s still about 8 inches /20 cm of snow outside. Temp ranges between 8 degrees to 32 every day…worst winter we’ve had in years. We have both hard and turf courts in our area and I can’t wait to try it on turf. Although it looks like I’ll have to wait maybe a month or so for the snow to melt…My order number was 2812. ship with FedEx ..Like everyone else who posted the shipping box is really fantastic, heavy duty ,with absolutely no damage to the outside at all.  my question is since I can’t use it for a while because of the snow, can I put a charge battery and fire it up without balls and pair the app and voice module. Will it change any calibrations without having balls in it. Thanks Tenniix…I must admit I was skeptical, but you guys delivered and I hope it works as well as those who posted using it…thanks again. Woohoo! Its here! Cant wait to take it to the court. Snow will hopefully melt this week any advice on getting started? Type of balls? Favorite modes?

Still have a lot to learn to use it to its full potential, but it’s awesome for drilling the same shot over and over. Started to work out that tweaking the shots through the app is definitely better for the more experienced players… those harder topspin balls are no joke! 🙌

Feels well built ! Came with the additional battery and delivered at the same time.

Was able to get out and test it out a bit more today and play around with the app for the first time.
App is far better than the Watch.
However the app settings adjustment is a bit confusing and clunky or maybe I need to familiarize myself with it more.
Tore my ACL in April so can’t do any intense sessions but it felt good to hit a ball.

While One of the key pluses for me is Tenniix low weight. Still, getting out and about is much easier with a portable and foldable trolley. What do you use to get your Tenniix around?😉💪

Hi all,
My son and I took Tenniix out on court today for a session, and overall it worked well and happy with it as a basic ball machine. Below is our initial feedback and a couple of videos.
I had some trouble with the app at the start. It had an updated overnight and required me to sign up again, so I couldn’t get it working immediately. I used the voice commands first, and while it worked, the experience felt a bit clumsy as I had to repeat the same commands and had to refer to the command sheet too often.
Once I managed to sign up and log in, the app performed better than the voice module, although it still felt slightly laggy at times. The preset functions were also not accurate. Balls were going into the net or landing short, so I had to manually adjust the speed, trajectory, and spin to produce a consistent baseline ball. The machine felt sturdy balls struck it from the baseline without causing any damage.
I also noticed a few issues for Tenniix take note. It would be great if the machine had a front handle to make it easier to move it around. The sides “wings” of the panels extend beyond the sides of the main body, making it difficult to lay the machine flat horizontally in the car boot. Because of this, I had to transport it vertically, which isn’t ideal as it can easily fall over during transport. With the app, I was also unable to change the ball settings on the fly, which was frustrating, as I had to stop ball delivery every time to make adjustments.

I’m back. Today was good. I can’t get the watch to respond to my commands and after today, I can see how beneficial it will be when it starts working. It may be user error, I honestly have not dedicated too much time to figuring it out. I did just some basic hits using Training Mode on the app. Hopefully, when the app goes live I will really dig into the settings. Positioning the machine was trial and error, but I was able to figure out a good spot. I was on the courts for about 2 hours and the battery performed perfectly, with charge still left. I’m still a beginner and I have no doubt that this machine can grow with me and help me improve my game. Hope this helps🙂

Love it just wish we had gotten the pro but to add is too expensive

The Tennix machine works great. Easy to carry to the court, battery last 3+ hours and the voice remote is remarkable. I wish there was better instructions on how to use all the features. Either videos or manuals, explaining the Controls, Modes, Ball Types, Parameter Adjustment, Ball Path, Training Mode, Match Mode and Challenge Mode. Also thank you for the easy to download Firmware Updates. Thank you for such an innovated and useful machine. Grateful, Sofia

Excellent Tennis machine however the smart AI App and arm band needs update to allow for more options as well

I love the machine. I have done all the updates, but experience some issues in "smart training mode", when shifting directly from "track training " to "recovery training". It seems the machine has to be reset to shift. Keep working on ot. I know you will solve the issues. Great machine.
