Definitely not disappointed with my purchase of my Tenniix Pro. It’s been just over 2 months and approximately 6000 balls fired with no malfunctions. My 1st maintenance code displayed E6 and was easily rectified. Absolutely love the technology with additional Firmware updates since purchased. I was pleased that I ordered an extra battery with the purchase despite getting over 4.5hrs per charge.
Extremely pleased with Quality, Price and Delivery of my Tenniix Pro
So it’s been almost 2 months that I’ve been playing with the machine. There are so many settings and commands to memorize in order to fully used the capability of the machine. My usage is for training my footwork and improve my strokes. I can see the improvement despite using basic functions. I have another machine that’s gathering dust due to it’s weight and size. With tennixx, it’s no problem taking it in and out of my car. What the company should improve at this moment is to write a help section on how to use the app. It took me some times to figure out some of the functions but not all of them. So far, I really enjoyed it.
The potential is there!
This is my first my first ball machine and I am absolutely enjoying it. I use the machine at least 3 times a week.
The Great:
1. Easy to setup and play. Really plug and play to start hitting balls.
2. Reliable. I use pressuless balls and have had zero issues on reliability.
3. The voice control Armband strikes me as a great feature. Don't need to run to the machine or your phone to start/pause/ or otherwise adjust machine settings. A little bit of a learning curve on all the nuances of the vernacular the Armband recognizes.
The Mid:
1. Ball Speed is lacking a little. The machine is limited on ball speed. If your goal is to improve your game when playing against big hitters this probably isn't for you. For my use, just getting more consistent and working on strokes I am happy with it.
2. Ball Feed Consistency. Even with all balls being from the small batch the machine has a fair bit of variability. Seems like the vision system and AI could create a feedback loop to improve this.
3. Battery Life. Haven't been able to get 4hrs out of a charge. Closer to 2.5hrs of consistent use in my experience. Not a deal breaker by any means but not meeting the specs.
The Bad:
1. The vision module is practically pointless at the current moment. The potential is there, and the limited vision routines are function well. But currently there are very limited routines. The tracking drill is only available for forehands. As far as I can tell can't use the Armband to control vision routines.
2. The App. Just not user friendly and very blatantly not finished. Cannot save ball types or custom routines at the moment which is very annoying. The ball types options is almost too customizable and you will spend a good amount of time dialing it in.
Overall, I like the product and use it often. But at the current moment not all the stated features are available. Hopefully they continue to roll out updates that realize these!
The Basic Model is a great value. I have now used it a minimum of 7 times weekly and it is proving to be a reliable and consistent performer. I still have not gotten the arm band to work consistently but it is easy to control with the arm band. The ability to customize in training mode is a major plus. I have set up a series of custom drills that allowed me to develop a series of 5 drills that I do daily. I also use the match mode. I will be ordering the AI Vision module now that I am getting my game back together after a 20 plus year layoff from tennis. One feature I would like in the app would be the ability to set up a routine that alternates forehand, backhand, volley and overhead - hopefully that can be added to the app.
Amazing product and customer service. For a new user, who has been using Tenniix for ~ 1 month, I can already feel the improvement in my game. I will update my review with pictures down the road with pictures.
I am a retired professional coach who used to coach and develop many top players, and your TENNIIX ball machine has been the best purchase I have recently made. It is very easy to use and set up for training and staying into shape, with its app on your phone and all its capabilities and adjustments. I think you should next show a film with a coach using it to instruct his/her students?
It would give interested parties more insight on how to use it for stroke and match training. Good luck with your sales! Martin
Tennis ball machine is good to have when you have no partenaire to play with. My machine was delivered quick. Great investissement.
I love my Tenniix!! I’ve only had it for a few weeks, but I use it about 2-3 times a week- every day I don’t have a match. It allows me to keep practicing and improving although I don’t have a partner to hit with. There are so many aspects of it I haven’t explored just yet, but I’m getting there. It’s definitely elevating my game. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the instructions. The instructions don’t cover everything the matching can do.
LOVE THIS. This is so much fun. I’ve been able to dust off my game and get a solid workout at the same time. Easy to move. Quick to set up and tear down. Only suggestion is let me configure drills on the app offline. Then download to machine when it powers up. Great work!
Excellent machine, great experience all around. Multiple drills and customization options. Bear in mind software is still maturing, arm band provides a more stable connection than phone app to control the machine remotely. Waiting to receive the camera module to use the smart training mode. Overall, I recommend it.
There were delays but the support agent was phenomenal. Im very happy thus far with my purchase.
Excellent product. Appropriate for a variety of skill levels. Voice control works reasonably well. I am very happy with the way I am able to train myself and my kids. Battery has been great so far.
One small issue would be taking out the batteries could be made a little easier. It would be interesting to how the machine holds up as it ages.
Bang for your buck, it’s difficult to find another ball machine that provides this much value at the base model level. So far, between me and the machine, I’m always the one to "tap out" first. If you bring this to the court fully charged, you’ll be saying "no mas" long before the battery does.
I’ve yet to experience any clogged misfeeds, and while there is a huge variety of programmed options, I’ve barely scratched the surface—especially with more updates coming out over time. I currently use the hand-feed setting to warm up (it’s just like having a personal coach), then move to baseline variations or single-point landings to hone my inside-out and backhand shots.
Since you can always upgrade the modules later, do what I did: start with the base model to minimize your initial cash outlay. For this price, it’s going to be hard to beat. Cheers, and here’s to hitting the sweet spot on every shot!

Best value in ball machines. I have the Tenniix Basic and it's the best value for ball machines on the market. Ability to do topspin, backspin, varying speeds, varying depths, and oscillation make this comparable to machines much more expensive than it. The app is intuitive, but I have found the voice module connectivity to be inconsistent. Only possible knock is the ball capacity, but I find it perfect for individual work and it keeps the machine portable which I love. Also easy to recharge the battery between sessions.
I've always loved Tennis, but actually getting to play with people can be a challenge with my friends' and my conflicting schedules. This is a fantastic alternative that helps me stay in shape and keep up with my game. While the communication from the support team can be rather slow, I did finally get my Tennix basic unit (I ordered the Pro version and the AI module is supposed to ship sometime this or next month. I've already gotten to use it 3 times and I am VERY happy with the results. It's very easy to carry around and set up. The battery lasts a long time and the app works exactly as you need it to. I'm still getting used to the voice control and memorizing all the different commands though. But yes, overall I am very pleased. Can't wait for the AI module and for when the wheels Module becomes available.
The shipping was as promised. There was a slight delay but that is to be expected when shipping overseas. The customer service promptly answered all my questions.
The Tennix offers a highly customisable training experience for players of all levels. Being able to change my training needs instantly with a simple voice command saves me many headaches of using my phone or waiting for the machine to run out of balls. The portable nature of the machine also helps for those spur of the moment hitting sessions for those with a packed schedule.
