FAQ

What’s the difference between Tenniix Basic, Tenniix Pro, and Tenniix Ultra?

The Basic and Pro share the same core machine functions. The Pro includes an additional 4K dual-camera VI module and Voice module, which analyze your form, identify weaknesses, and adapt strategy in real time — independent of environmental factors. The Ultra builds upon the Pro by adding a portable base for easier movement — this module will be available soon.

You can upgrade your Basic to Pro by purchasing the VI Module and Voice Module.

The Base Module (for Ultra upgrade) is coming soon.

All upgrade modules can be found under the “Module” section in the navigation bar.

Can the Tenniix AI Vision Module be detached?

Yes! Tenniix is built with a modular design, so AI Vision Module are fully compatible with the Tenniix Unit and can be easily attached or removed. You can assemble your setup based on your training needs—no need to buy a whole new machine if you want to upgrade or change modules later on.

What types of balls does Tenniix support?

The Tenniix ball machine comes with 9 preset ball types, covering classic styles like Baseline Ball, Moonball, Short Ball, Volley Ball, Kill Shot, Ball Feed and Hand Feed. What is Smart Training Mode and how is it different?

In Smart Training Mode, Tenniix acts like your personal coach. Tenniix maps your position in real time and lets you set a custom Recovery Zone anywhere on the court. Every session is adaptive, every ball lands right where it should.
