Shipping

Each EnhancedSports shipment is carefully packaged to ensure it is in the best condition. Still, if anything happens, please write to service@tenniix.ai at your earliest convenience and let us know. We take great pride in customer service and we want each customer to be happy with the quality of our products and services.


We ship products in the chronological order the purchase order is accepted, to the address provided so long as such address is complete and complies with all shipping restrictions and regulations in respective countries and regions. The shipping/delivery date will be specified on the order page of each product.

1. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fee for orders depend on your location. The total shipping cost for your order will be displayed at checkout.

Due to strict local customs regulations, political instability, or other reasons, we have temporarily updated our delivery coverage and rate structure for specific regions:
  • Temporarily Suspended Destinations: We are not currently offering delivery to these countries: Argentina, Azerbaijan, Malta, Thailand, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Russia, Uruguay, Kazakhstan, Brazil, Mexico, India, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, Qatar
  • Flat Shipping Fee ($250): A flat shipping fee of $250 applies to all orders shipped to India; the Middle East (including Saudi Arabia, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Oman, Kuwait, and the Palestinian Territories); South America (including Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, the Falkland Islands, French Guiana, Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands, Suriname, and Venezuela); Puerto Rico; Hawaii; Alaska; the U.S. Virgin Islands; and Guam.

2. When will my order arrive?

Orders to the United States and Europe are shipped directly from our overseas warehouses and can be delivered within 10 days, while orders to other regions are shipped by sea and typically take about 4 weeks.

When your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive an email with a tracking number — you can use this to follow your order's journey to your door. We work with international shipping partners to get your order to you as soon as possible, but delivery times vary depending on where you order from.
