Commissions are paid out directly through Impact, which acts as an intermediary to ensure your sales are tracked accurately and your payments are processed securely.

2.What types of promotions are not permitted?

To ensure fairness, the following types of promotion are not allowed,, including but not limited to:

  • False Links: Manipulating affiliate links in deceptive ways.
  • Purchase Simulation: Creating pop-ups or scripts that imitate real purchases.
  • Hidden Links: Concealing affiliate links under other content.
  • Search Engine Placement: Inserting affiliate links directly into search engines (e.g., Google, Bing).
  • Pop-ups: Persistent pop-ups and full-screen pop-ups that interfere with the user experience.
  • Deception: Misleading users into clicking on affiliate links.
  • Impersonating Official TENNIIX Websites: Creating fake TENNIIX sites to mislead customers.
  • Violating Program Terms: Engaging in activities that breach the TENNIIX Affiliate Program terms.

TENNIIX reserves the right to penalize affiliates who violate these rules.

3.Why was my commission withdrawn after the order was completed?

Commissions may be reversed in the following cases:

  • The order is refunded or canceled.
  • Fraudulent orders.
  • The same order is attributed to multiple affiliate platforms (based on UTM parameters).

You are welcome to use any of the creative assets available through your affiliate account across all your platforms, including your website, social media accounts, groups, communities, blogs, and vlogs.

The TENNIIX Affiliate Program provides a variety of assets, such as product videos, images, tracking links, and coupons. Furthermore, you are permitted to develop your own marketing materials, provided they represent the TENNIIX brand in a professional and positive manner.
