Shipping

Each EnhancedSports shipment is carefully packaged to ensure it is in the best condition. Still, if anything happens, please write to service@tenniix.ai at your earliest convenience and let us know. We take great pride in customer service and we want each customer to be happy with the quality of our products and services.


We ship products in the chronological order the purchase order is accepted, to the address provided so long as such address is complete and complies with all shipping restrictions and regulations in respective countries and regions. The shipping/delivery date will be specified on the order page of each product.

1. How much does shipping cost?

The shipping cost for accessories depends on your location. The total shipping cost for your order will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Adjustments & Exclusions

Due to strict local customs regulations, political instability, or other reasons, we have temporarily updated our delivery coverage and rate structure for specific regions:

  • Suspended Destinations: We have temporarily paused shipping services to Argentina, Azerbaijan, Malta, Thailand and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
  • Middle East, South America & India: A flat shipping fee of $250 will be charged for orders shipped to India, as well as to the Middle East (including Saudi Arabia, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Oman, Kuwait, etc.) and South America (including Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Bolivia, etc.).

2. When will my order arrive?

Orders to the United States and Europe are shipped directly from our overseas warehouses and can be delivered within 10 days, while orders to other regions are shipped by sea and typically take about 4 weeks.

When your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number—you can use this to follow your order’s journey to your door. We work with international shipping partners to get your order to you as soon as possible, but delivery times vary depending on where you order from.
